Terms & Conditions

1. General Use
Digital gift cards may be used for purchases online through our website or in-store at our physical location. Physical gift cards are valid for in-store use only and cannot be redeemed online. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, except as required by law.

2. Expiration and Fees
Gift cards do not expire and are free from maintenance, activation, or service fees. However, we reserve the right to modify this policy with prior notice, as required by law.

3. Redemption
Digital gift cards can be redeemed online by entering the gift card ID at checkout, or in-store by presenting either the gift card ID or the barcode from the email to a store attendant. Physical gift cards must be presented at the time of purchase in-store only. Any remaining balance after a purchase will stay on the card for future use.

4. Delivery
Digital gift cards are delivered electronically via email to the recipient immediately after purchase. Please ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly, as we are not responsible for undelivered or misdirected cards due to incorrect information.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards—digital or physical. Gift cards should be treated like cash. Unauthorized use will not be refunded or replaced.

6. Refunds and Exchanges
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Any refunds or returns for purchases made with a gift card will be subject to the return policy of the store where the purchase was made.

7. Balance and Transaction History
You can check the balance and transaction history of your gift card by calling the store directly. A store representative will assist you with any questions related to your card.

8. Fraud and Abuse
We reserve the right to deactivate, reject, or cancel any gift card—digital or physical—if we suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms. Legal action may be taken where applicable.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and will apply to all current and future gift card use.

10. Customer Support
For questions or assistance with your gift card, please contact our Customer Support team or call the store directly.

Substitution Policy

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Delivery Policy

Deliveries will be made from 8am-7pm for any giving arrangement. Unless the delivery window is purchased, excluding holidays(including Mother's and Valentine's Day), then those windows will be honored. However, there is no guaranteed time window, and some deliveries may take longer.

My Glendale Florist is located in Glendale, California, and hand delivers to all of Los Angeles. Including but not limited to the following areas:

Delivery charges vary depending on the traveling distance. Orders that are delivered outside of the Glendale Florist Delivery Zone will be executed by another florist, and therefore cannot be guaranteed to look exactly like the arrangements shown on this website that were created by the Glendale Florist Designers. The type of vase and the specific flower varieties used may be substituted depending on what is in season. Since flower prices may also vary, the arrangement size and number of flowers used may not reflect what the Glendale Florist can offer to customers in our Southern California delivery zone.

We always retain the wonderful element of surprising the person you’re sending flowers to. If our delivery driver knocks on the door and there is no answer, our customer service team will call to the recipient’s phone number. If no one answers, we may call you to ask to advise. If our driver is at a business or residence where there is a safe location, we will leave it in a safe place and then leave a voicemail for your recipient to let them know they have flowers. We’ll leave our information as well so that they can reach out in case there are any concerns. In occurrences when we do not feel like there is a safe place to leave the flowers, we return them to the shop and notify you and your recipient, letting your recipient know to reach out to us to reschedule the delivery of a fresh arrangement at a time that works best for them. This is something we offer typically at no extra cost.

Anonymous orders will be kept anonymous on our end to an extent. We do not adjust any messages after the orders have been placed. We will disclose the sender's first name if the recipient calls or texts us. This also applies to any law enforcement situations.

Refund Policy

We’re only happy if you are. We are committed to providing you with the best quality and design, but due to the delicate nature of plants and flowers and the possibility of unforeseen circumstances, we offer partial refunds (via store credit) and full replacements on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery with a photo, delivery name, address, and order number(if applicable) here: concierge@myglendaleflorist.com.

A written request for cancellation is required 12 hours before delivery of orders. Orders cannot be changed or canceled if items have been delivered. No Refunds. Store credit only. Please check carefully before submitting your order. All cancellations are subject to 20% restocking fee.
