Mother's Day FAQ

Deliveries for Friday 5/10, Saturday 5/11, and Sunday 5/12 will be made between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm. We will text you a live track link when the driver is out for delivery. Another notification via email once delivery has been made. Text us at 8182440200 with your order number for deliver updates.
Please allow us the 8am - 6pm delivery window for deliveries. These days (5/10-5/12) is the busiest days of the year for us and demand is VERY high. We will try our best to deliver all arrangements in a timely manner.
If you have placed multiple orders for the same location please notify us by text, email or by writing it in the florist instruction box at checkout. This way we will try to deliver all arrangements together in one trip instead of multiple trips.
For pick up orders, you can indicate what time window you would like to pick up. We will then text you to confirm those times and coordinate details.
Always provide contact numbers for delivery recipients and for yourself as a sender. We will not contact you or recipient unless there are any issues with delivery or your order.
If you would like to check the status of your order, text us at (818)244-0200 with your order number. Order number can be found in the confirmation email you receive after placing your order.
When we deliver, driver will hand the arrangement over if there is someone at the address that was provided. If there is no one home, then we will contact sender and receiver to determine if leaving it in front of the door is a viable option. If neither of these options are availble, then we will bring the arrangement back and attempt redelivery. Redelivery fees may be applicable.
